Cyprus Animal Rights Association, which officially started its activities on a voluntary basis in November 2015, continues to work with the support of the members of the community since its establishment with the aim to contribute to the formation of a sustainable environment for all living things. On this path, which we set out with the principle of "a more livable world" for our animal friends, we have treated hundreds of cats and dogs struggling for life on the streets and in the shelters, and contributed to their recovery, neutering and rehoming. In addition to these, our legal struggle to protect the rights of all living things and their welfare, has been going on since day one of our operations. We are working to ensure that all legislation regarding animal rights are implemented by the relevant authorities and to raise awareness within the society.
